What are the meals Shelf life?

We recommend 5-day expiration  for all refrigerated meals from the time they are cooked and 20 days if frozen.

What are the instructions for reheating?

All of our meals are delivered fresh and not frozen, we recommend to slightly crack open the lid and reheat in the microwave for typically 60 to 75 seconds or unitl internal temp raches 165. For breakfast items, 30 to 45 seconds. Our containers are oven safe also.

Do i return the containers?

Because of sanitary reason we do not accept used containers. We kindly ask you to please think green and recycle the containers.

How does ordering work?

All orders are taken online. Orders placed by Friday at 9 am will be ready for pickup on Sunday after 1 pm. We currently cook one day a week for online orders and multiple times for in store grab n go meals.

What if i have food allergies?


We make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross contamination, but we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination.Food allergy reactions may occur. Please use caution when your order activmeals as some of our meals do contain or in come in contact with allergens such as peanuts, eggs, soy, tree nuts, wheat, fish and/or shelfish. If you suffer from food allergies, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to answer any questions.

When will my meals be ready?

All orders placed on Friday at 9 am will be ready for pickup on sunday after 1pm. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and again when meals are available for pickup.

How are my Meals Measured?

For accuracy of nutrition all protein are weighed in raw to cooked portions. All other Items (veggies, carbs) are weighed in cooked portions.

How are the nutrition facts on the meals measured?

Activmeals uses the nutritional facts provided by the supplier or USDA database. Activmeals does not guarantee the accuracy of any nutritional information provided by Activmeals. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on nutritional information, nor for ensuring that whatever foods you purchase or consume are in accordance with your respective dietary needs, restrictions or preferences.
